Mucous Plug

    So after going back and forth from Labour and Delivery this past week for inductions that never happend, today I was so excited because around lunch I lost my mucous plug, I though wow it's going to happen on it's own maybe even today or tonight. Well I went out onto the internet and everything says not to get my hopes up, that it means nothing really. I was just wondering though if any of you had a different experience being that they are twins and all? Hoping for good news and a little bit of action tonight. :rolleyes:

    Wow congrats making it this far, and on losing your mucus plug!!! I have no advice for you except maybe add in some nipple stimulation, sex and walking to try and get things going... I'll be thinking "labor" thoughts for you and hope that it happens this weekend for you!

    I agree!! Also, Thai food helped get things going with dd :)

    Unfortunately you can lose your plug and not go into labor for a few weeks. But, you can definitely try your best to get things moving!

    I lost my mucous plug with my DD and she was born about 24 hours later. Hang in there.
