Movement

With the boys they started moving mid August and by the end of August dh could feel them both move. Keep in mind the boys and this little man have almost the same due date.

This little boy does not move around to much that I can feel. Each day I feel a bit a movement VERY low but thatss about it and its usually only once a day.

How many weeks were you when you felt constant movement. Sometimes I ahve to stop and think was that the baby or something else...

No mention of the placenta being in the front so I dont see that as the problem...

 

Because of the location of the placenta it was a very long time until I could feel movement, I want to say 23 - 25 weeks? I felt the twins VERY early and this one very late.

 

I started feeling flutters around 18 weeks and real solid thumps only a few weeks ago. Now this baby goes crazy half the time, the other night I could see her (see, optomistic!) moving around on the skin of my tummy. Cool!

 

With Olivia, I started feeling her constantly more around 24 weeks. I felt flutters as early as 11 weeks though...which was nuts to me! With thet wins, I felt NOTHING until 19 weeks. I'm sure I felt something sooner, but just didn't know what it was. LOL! You are only 20 weeks, so I do'nt think you have anything to worry about. It also will depend on where the placenta is located and how the baby is positioned.

 

With the twins I first felt them at 20 weeks but it wasn't till I was 24 weeks that it became consistant.

With this singleton pregnancy I started feeling him sporadically (every so oftan and I would have days where I wouldn't feel him at all) around 16 weeks but it really wasn't till i was 26 weeks that it became EVERY single day. Most evenings he never stops

 

With the boys, I felt flutters around 18/19 weeks and real movement around 22.

With this one, I felt flutters around 16 weeks but no constant, definite, daily movement until around 23 weeks. I feel her a few times a day now but if I'm on the move alot, I don't feel her much. it's only during down time and that I feel her and know that it's her.

 

I definitely felt movement with my twins before either of my singletons. Less room they have... more likely to feel the movedment earlier - just my thought.
