Tuesday night, my DH and I were able to feel the boys move/kick for the 1st time....yesterday, I felt them most of the day! But last night and today, I don't feel them! Something wrong??? Have they just turned in a position that I don't feel them??? It was exciting to feel and it gave you a sense of "they are doing good" but now today nothing so you worry.....toughts?

It's funny; I thought I'd feel the twins more than DD1 - after all, there's 2 - but I actually felt them less. And I rarely felt Annika at all - only when she had hiccups.

They are still so little, I bet they have to be in just the right spot. Don't worry (I know, easier said than done!)! :hug99:

How far along are you? I know that when I first started feeling movement, it was highly variable I think because the girls had so much room to move about. Now I feel them every few hours. Very reassuring but it was no where near this consistent at 20 weeks or less.

My little ones move when they want to, I use to get worried but now I don't. I thought with me having an office job I would feel them all day at work and really that's not the case when I go home and put my feet up and relax they start dancing. I honestly wouldn't worry!

Although I think this is totally normal, if you are worried - call your OB. He/she should be able to reassure you and if they deem it a problem, then they'll see you. I'd rather you not worry about it for your health and that of the babies so I would just call.

I don't feel my twins nearly as much as I did my other babies. Of course, when in doubt call! That is why your doctor and the office staff are there.

I first felt my babies move around 18 weeks, but I didn't feel them daily for several more weeks. Still though, if you're worried, go get an ultrasound for peace of mind :)

It wasn't until around 21 weeks that I felt mine move consistently. I felt them for the first time around 17 weeks. If you are worried though, please call your OB.

It'll get more consistent. But if you want them to go nuts, just drink some grape juice and let em' rip!!! They seem to love that!!

I just felt the babies for the first time- 16weeks and 5 days. I actually felt it from the outside as well. It was a little bump in my lower abdomen. I dont feel it today. It does not worry me though. I have read that this is common. I was surprised to feel it actually.

I agree with everyone here. When I first started feeling them it was for about a week and then I didn't feel them again for about two or three weeks. Then, I started feeling them again. I told my OB and she said it was just because they finally moved into a position that I could feel them better. Now I feel Baby A ALL the time now and the other one I get nervous about, because I don't feel him/her as often. Every time I go to the doctor though, I hear both heartbeats and know that I may just not know which one I am feeling when the kicking is more in the middle of my belly. I'm 31 weeks and believe me, there are times in the middle of the night that I wish they would stop kicking so much, but I still love it too. :)

I only feel them once in a while. Part of it is that there are 2 placentas and the other baby dulling the blows in there. I have one baby head down and one transverse. I can feel the transverse baby much more but not consistently.

When I was 19-20 weeks I would have days when it seemed like they didn't stop moving and then I would have a few days when I wouldn't feel anything. I wouldn't worry- believe it or not, they still have lots of room to move around in there. But like other people have said if you are worried, call your OB- that's what they're there for... Good luck!
