I'm beginning to wonder if it's a boy thing. With my first pregnancy DS rarely moved. To the point where I would be paranoid all the time! My other three pregnancies were girls and they were movers and kickers. This time...boys and guess what hardly any movement! UGH I have the placenta in the front which doesn't help but these guys are just lazy or something. I know they're okay because I've been going for those regular AFI u/s. I kinda hope my doctor just lets me keep going. I know I'm just going on 23 weeks so it's still early but these guys just sleep a lot!!!

I bet it's that frontal placenta that's really blocking the movement. Although, my baby girl moved all the time and my boys didn't move as much. For her I chalked it up to having a gigantic womb-playground to move around in; whereas the boys were squished together. :)

My boy has been lazy the entire time and my girl break dances ... I just laugh and say that they're just like their parents, my husband is really laid back and im pretty hyper. I thought at first it could be the placement of the placenta however both are anterior and I feel adalynn all the time and Jackson part of the time.

You guys are lucky, all three of my boys were break dancers! Then again, I've never had a girl so maybe they were calm.

Haha! Kate you crack me up! I can already tell adalynn is going to be a handful! And I wonder if Jackson is always going to have the hiccups.like he does now, lol.

Trey was a wild man! I had a bruise on my belly after my only u/s with him because the tech was using the u/s wand to try to pin him in place. He was all over the place and she couldn't get a good picture. And felt him all the time, super active. Oh, and he had hiccups constantly, at least every day for the last 4-6 weeks and the first 4 months after he was born.

I don't remember my others being very different from each other, except Sage really liked to stick her foot up under my rib and it hurt like crazy. And Sydney would sort of play a game with me it seemed, where she'd push her foot out and I'd push on it and she'd kick at my hand.

My boys were crazy! My oldest moved all the time, even when I was in labour, they kept loosing him on the monitors. The twins never stopped either. I had NST's 2x s week from 24 weeks on and I only had 1 NST where baby A was not moving so they made me drink some juice and the dancing began. It could be your placenta. My sister is almost 30 weeks with a little girl and because she has an anterior placenta she feels no movement. She is so disappointed as it is her first pregnancy.
