So I spent about 2 weeks (between week 7 and 9, about) with crazy horrible nausea (no vomiting, just constantly feeling like I needed to) and then it's been totally gone for probably a couple weeks, and suddenly it's coming back. Like, I want to say it just started back up yesterday (11w1d) and is kinda here today too. And it's not just in the mornings, but all day in spurts.

Anyone else have it for a while, then not, then get it again!? Just wondering :p

Mine was totally sporadic in general. I'd feel like death all day for one whole day, then 100% better for a week or so. Then I'd have actual vomitting one morning, but nothing else.

I think it's just a weird thing like that. Mine totally went away my second trimester, so that's something to look forward to!

Yes! I didn't know I was pregnant around week 6 but felt vaugely nauseous all day. So I took a partial sick day, stopped at a grocery store, picked up some saltenes and
spent the day on the couch with saltenes, peanut butter & milk. I felt fine for 2 weeks- even did jury duty the next week, no problem. Then I found out. 2 days later (9w 6d) I was SICK. My DH thought it was all in my head b/c it started so fast. I was po'd when he suggested that.

It all went away at about 19 weeks, thankfully

I had it constantly, all day and all night until I hit about 16 weeks. Then it would get better for a couple of days and return with a vengeance. Now I'm almost 23 weeks (tomorrow!!!) and I still get that urge every once in a while. Probably once a week. I'm hoping I never get back to where I was the first few months. I was miserable. I lost 16 lbs my first trimester and am just now finally starting to gain it back!

Good luck. Hang in there, it does get better. Even though it never felt that way to me when I was laid out on the bathroom tile. :)

I started getting morning sickness around 7 weeks and it was only severe nausea unless I didn't keep a good eating schedule. I was the same as the PP- some days the nausea would be AWFUL and then I'd be fine the next day. Then around 14 weeks I would feel good most of the day and then by dinner I would be over the toilet. It lasted until around 17 weeks... Hang in there! There is an end in sight!
