The boys sleep in a co sleeper in my room and I wake up when they wake up- usually between 7:30 and 8:30. Then they lay in my bed while I go make bottles and get their meds. I feed them in my room also because I have a rocking chair that I can put them both in between my legs and the arms of the chair.

After their bottles they lay in my bed while I eat breakfast and catch up on TS and FB. Then they get oatmeal and go down for a nap.

    How do your mornings work?!

Well when mine were little I would make their bottles when they first got up and then I'd put them down for a nap about 1 hour later.

i am usually woken by giggles and babbling at around 7, i go in to get the babies and change diapers and put them on the floor to play in the living room

    then i:

    -make coffee
    -feed the dog
    -let the dog out
    -drink coffee
    -make bottles
    -drink coffee
    -let the dog in
    -drink coffee
    -feed babies
    -drink coffee

did i mention i drink coffee!! [IMG] then it is cereal/fruit time and play time then nap time. during which, i drink more coffee!!!

I usually hear laughter about 6 am. Bottles at 630. They play for a few minutes and then nap at 730-8. Back up at 10 for solids and snack bottle (4 oz), play time and another nap before lunch.

i wish i was awoken with giggles! i am awoken with screams like someone is pulling their toenails out!

    once they're up -
    put both in their boppies
heat bottle (already have the water measured so its faster)
    change the babies
    feed them
    clean dishes, bottles, nipples
    make bed and theirs

sit outside on the porch and have coffee while they sit in the carriers

Let's see...at six months the boys weren't sttn yet. I think our morning went something like this (give or take 30 mins):

5:00 Jeff's alarm goes off/I get up and brush teeth/put in contacts/pee (in reverse order)
5:30 boys get up when Jeff opens garage door leaving for work
    5:45 feed babies
6:00 change out of pjs and do new diapers
6:15 play in swing/bouncy/play mat while I ate
6:30 Put boys in bouncy chairs in my bathroom so I could shower
    7/7:30 naptime
8:30/9 feed babies then run as many errands as possible before 11:30/12 feeding

    weekdays:
wake up around 6:00 or 6:30
change diapers and clothes, brush teeth, wash faces and hands
    5-6 oz bottle
hang out on the floor for a while, pet the kitty and laugh at the doggie
go downstairs and sit in the highchair while mommy and daddy dance around the kitchen getting the day's food together
eat some puffs, play with a sippy cup
get in the car between 7:00 and 7:20, head to daycare
hang out with mommy at daycare until 7:45 or so
down for a nap around 8:00, followed by breakfast of oatmeal and fruit
    next bottle at 10:00

    weekends
wake up around 6:00 or 6:30
change diapers, brush teeth, wash faces and hands
    5-6 oz bottle
hang out in our jammies, pet the kitty, laugh at the doggie
back down for a nap about 1 hour after wake-up, sleep much longer at home than daycare
wake up around 8:30 and have breakfast of oatmeal and fruit
change clothes and go out to the living room for play time
during playtime mommy does laundry, dishes, cleans high chairs, takes the dog out, etc
go for a quick ride around the neighborhood in the stroller
    next bottle at 10:00

We do the same on weekends as workdays:)

545am wake up---Daddy gets babies ready/makes coffee and bottles/lets puppy out; Mommy gets ready for the day
6am--7oz bottle then playtime until around
7-730--oatmeal and fruit then play until ready for nap
    830-9am---nap
10-11a.m---wake up and play or 7oz bottle depending on hungry one is:)

and like ohjojo there is lots of coffee/pepsi drinking going on in between:)

Wake to Amber babbling to herself promptly followed by Ruby joining in around 5.45am, so i lay in bed and psych myself up to get up at 6am (i refuse to get up any earlier lol)
I go in to the nursery and i am always greeted with smiles and squeals of delight, i love it!
I take them out of sleepsacks on my bed and we head downstairs.
I put them on there tummies and leave them to watch The Hoobs while i prep breakfast and brush my teeth.
I feed Amber then sing pat a cake, twinkle twinkle and humpty dumpty.
Then i repeat this with Ruby while Amber hangs out in the swing.
I put Ruby in the swing and go clean up.
I turn off tv an lights and change bums and clothes.
I put lullabye on and have snuggles with both girls on the floor.
I take Amber up first, rock for a few mins and put her down.
Then do the same with Ruby and leave them to it at 7.30am.
They are out within minutes and i feel like crawling back to bed but don't so have a cup of tea and i catch up on my favourite site in the whole world

Our mornings can vary in the specifics, but this is typical:

4am - Jack wakes up crying.
4-5am - DH and/or I trying to get Jack back down
5am - DH and I get back to sleep
6am - alarm rings and I cry "oh God please this say this isn't happening"; DH hits the alarm
6:09am - alarm rings again, DH gets up to take a shower, I bury my head in the covers and pretend I'm childless and unemployed
6:30am - DH is done showering, cruelly turns on the lights and announces it's time to get up
6:35am - drag my sorry a$$ out of bed and pee/shower/dress/make-up as fast and as quietly as I can so I get done before the boys wake
7am - wake the boys (or rescue them if they've already woken up and have started crying), diaper and nurse
7:15am - DH takes boys downstairs for puffs/coffee (puffs for them, coffee for us), I put my shirt on and do what's left of my hair
7:30am - come down to join the puffs/coffee-fest, help DH make breakfast for us, eat while boys are in highchairs. Boys eat some of our pancakes/sauasage/cheerios/blueberries/waffles then throw remainder to dog
7:45am - make breakfast (oatmeal, fruit, and yogurt) for boys: here dubbed "Mr. Spitty" and "The Extruder"
8am - nanny comes, finish feeding, DH leaves for work, twin meltdown while getting oatmeal cleaned out of their neck folds
8:15am - run around getting ready to leave for work and trying not to play with the boys. Nate finds puffs stuck to Jack's butt and eats them.
8:30am - supposed to leave for work, but still playing with boys.
8:45am - driving 85 MPH trying to get to work on time
9:05am - try to sneak into my office so no one sees me coming in late
    9:10am - check email
9:15am - log on to TS

~~Keep in mind we are on a second shift schedule, so my babes go to bed around 10:30-11pm, much later than most others, which is why they sleep late.

9:15 ~ older dd and ds get up. I get up, get them poptarts/cereal/cereal bar...etc and chocolate milk, set them up on the couch in the living room and turn on playhouse disney. Sneak back into my bedroom and slide silently into bed, praying the babies don't wake up yet (my bedroom is off the living room, I'm about 10 steps from big kids)
9:30 ~ hear babies start squirming, squish my eyes closed and wonder if they'll let me sleep until 10.
9:45 ~ babies squirming turns to fussing, drag my butt out of bed.
    10 ~ Fix babies bottles
10:10 ~ If only one baby is really awake I'll feed them one at a time, but most of the time it's double feedings. Change butts first then feed in my bed.
Leave babies on the bed while I take a quick shower.
10:45 ~ Bouncer time for babes while I change older dd's butt (can't wait for her to be potty trained!), try to clean out dishwasher and run it, change laundry around, gather garbage up...etc.
Between 11-12 the babes will sometimes snooze in their bouncer but I'm working on getting a better schedule going for them....
11:30 ~ Plop onto TS and facebook for a minute while babes start fussing.
12 ~ Fruit and cookies for babes. If they haven't napped yet then they go down for a nap in the crib, if they have then they stay in the highchairs while I fix lunch for me and the older kids.

I'm still trying to figure out the whole nap/solids/bottle thing in the morning, can't seem to find a good balance, I'm considering moving their solids to later in the day.... ;)

    9.00 am cereal and fruit

    10.15 nap time

My LO's sleep in a room together (seperate cribs but right next to each other). They normally wake up around 7am and lately have been poking their fingers through each others cribs and laughing their heads off (which is great to watch peeking through the door :D ). I go in and change diapers and bring them out to the living room and turn on PBS Sprout. They absolutely love Sesame Street so it keeps them occupied while I'm making bottles. I make bottles and then attempt to lay them in Boppys to feed them (they're still not holding their own bottles that great). They normally don't drink much in the morning. Then I go make breakfast for them which consists of a fruit and either yogurt or oatmeal. Then we get dressed and play for a little bit. Try to drink some more formula (I try to get as much down them as I can at every opportunity...still not STTN :( ) and then at about the 2 hour mark (from waking up) I put them down for a nap. Sometimes awake and they go to sleep on their own and sometimes they fall asleep drinking the bottle.
