miracle cream for diaper rash

We got his stuff called calmoseptine last night for Noah's horroible diaper rash..we put it on last night and this morning it is almost gone..he's still trying to avoid pooping but he's not screaming/crying while clenching now..I'm hoping he'll realize his butt really does feel better and just let hmself poop. He must be in so much pain b/c he woulnd't even sit in the tub the last 2 nights..He LOVEs the tub! Poor guy...just wanted to share about the stuff..it's over the counter but you have to ask your pharmacist for it.

My Amy gets wicked rashes each time she cuts a tooth--which seems to take dddaaayyysssss. I have had some success with triple paste but your suggestion seems to work fast(ER)!
