I can't figure out if it's lack of sleep, horomones or sinuses...but my head has been killing me, and Tylenol won't touch it...besides naps (which are not possible... <_< ) any other remedies out there??? I am desperate!!!

I'm sure this computer is not helping!!!!

Drink water!! That is why I get most of my headaches, when I don't drink enough. Caffiene can also help.

I suffered from really bad headaches my first trimester and Tylenol wouldn't help. I started drinking coffee in the mornings and my Dr. gave me some stronger medication if the caffeine didn't help. I have taken the meds a few times, but that caffeine really helps and I don't get headaches everyday, now its like once every two weeks. The Dr. said to stay under two small cups of coffee or two 12oz sodas a day.

Caffiene. If that doesn't help call the dr and ask for Fioricet. That is what is helping me.

I sure hope that your migraine has gone away since it is my turn today. This one tricked me though. When I woke this morning, I thought I had just a regular "normal" headache...but by the time I got to work, I knew better. It has been such a long day.

I got them back around 15-20 weeks during this pregnancy. it was miserable. Tylenol didn't touch mine either. Napping wasn't an option since I work 2 jobs and have the kids to take care of. Usually (when I'm not pregnant) Excedrin Migraine is my friend, but you can't take that. So, caffeine worked for me too. I would buy those small cans of pop (6 or 8 oz...can't remember) and keep one in my purse at all times. I would get the Dr. Pepper or Mt. Dew (and I NEVER drink regular pop), but those were the ONLY ones that worked for me. They got better around mid-pregnancy. I hope that yours do too.

Thanks so much to all of you! I do feel better today...it took a trip to the dr. and lots of Benadryl and Sudafed..turns out my sinuses were full but not infected...I felt so guilty taking all those meds... but it got to the point where I couldn't even stand...DH even took the day off yesterday (unheard of!!) and let me sleep it off all day...it was heaven! Hopefully that was the last of it!

Thanks again for all the advice!!
