I know we have discussed this in the past. But, I want everyone to stay vigilant about their own mental health and those around us. My neighbor and friend, suffered from depression, and I made it a point to check on how he was doing and compliment him on all the good he did. Friend to animals and helping out his neighbors. However, last week, he committed suicide and ended his struggle.

I really thought he was improving, He was going back to work and he seemed more upbeat. You just never know.

If you, or someone you know, suffers from mental health issues, get some professional help. Most health insurances have coverage for you to discuss your issues with a mental health professional and from personal experience, it has helped me.

I see it's been a while since you've posted, but I just want to ask—how's everyone doing lately? I've found that playing guitar regularly really helps clear my head. Some days it's just strumming the same three chords for a bit, but it helps me stay grounded. Anyone else use music like that to manage stress or quiet the noise upstairs?

    Hey everyone!

I recently had to set up a small network at home and was surprised by how many different types of ethernet ethernet cable there are out there — Cat5e, Cat6, shielded, unshielded... it got overwhelming fast.

After digging around a bit, I found this super helpful article that breaks everything down in plain English:
    https://enableit.com/ethernet-cable-types-explained/

It really helped me figure out what I actually needed (and what I didn’t). Hope it helps someone else here too!
