I see alot of women posting who are much further along in their pregnancies. I'm still pretty early on and would like to find other ladies who are right around the same.

    A little about me.

Hi Vyckie! My due date is June 4th, however I am more likely to have the twins in May.

A bit about me: My name is Heather, been with dear hubby for 11 years now. We have a five year old little girl who is thrilled to pieces to be a big sister!

Looks like you're about a week ahead of me! I look forward to getting to know you :)

Heather - Yeah!!! A new friend. How has your pregnancy been going so far? I think sometimes I'm still trying to get used to the whole twins thing. Good luck and I'm glad that you found me.

Hey guys! I'm due June 7 so I'm almost 10 weeks along. I think we're having mo/di twins but the doctors haven't confirmed. It's really great to find others who are at the same stage!

I'm still in twinshock too - haven't quite come to grips with it yet. It's been a big surprise!

It's been a struggle with the morning sickness and finding it hard to eat as much as I require -have you been experiencing bad morning sickness all day on and off, too??

Aside from that, it's been going well, I think. Mostly worrying if all will be well, if they both are OK.. normal worries, I guess, but multiplied by two! lol

How's the pregnancy been going for you??

Oh I'm so excited, more friend.

Heather - I get the nausea pretty bad especially if I don't eat when I'm hungry. I'm already overweight so I don't know if I need to gain too much. The twins seem to be doing pretty well so far just from my own fat stores.

becklynn - Glad you found us too. Twinshock, that is exactly what it is.

Well I'm off to head home for the night. I will talk to you all tomorrow. Have a great night.

Yep, I noticed the same thing about not eating causing the nausea. It's like a bad cycle -can't eat because I feel sick, must eat or will get sick LOL I absolutely hate food these days but I am eating despite it all.

Have a good night and catch ya tomorrow!

Hi Everyone!! My name is Tara and I am 28. I have been married to my DH for 3yrs and we have a DS who is 2.5. I am due June 5th and I'm ten weeks today! So far pregnancy has been great. No morning sickness, just really tired. As a matter of fact I am still running two miles about 4 times a week so I have had it extremely easy. Although I almost wish I had morning sickness so I knew that everything was okay, haha! :D So glad to meet everyone!

Hey again! My pregnancy has been going pretty well so far...I'm still really nervous about "vanishing twins" and had an u/s a little over a week ago which showed one baby at 8w4d and the other at 8w. They want to monitor that so I go in next week for another one. Luckily, I haven't really been pregnancy-sick yet, just sinus infection sick. :)

It's nice to meet everyone here!

    Hello Ladies.

Becklynn - I understand how it feels to worry about the twins. I'm always worrying and until I have another u/s I will probably keep worrying. But I just keep telling myself that they will be fine and our twins will be here in May. Hang in there and I will send out a few more prayers for your twins.

Tara - YOu are so lucky with the m/s. I know i'm luckier than most because I'm not throwing up, but the nausea is pretty bad. I guess as long as you are able to keep jogging go for it. I'm finding when I'm on my feet for too long i feel the pressure much more. Welcome though. It's nice to have more ladies to go through all this with.

Aimee - Welcome also. How has your pregnancy been going so far.

AFM - Today I woke up with a headache and not much is helping it. Ugghhh! I might just get a coke and maybe a little caffiene will do the trick. Later on today I'm taking my youngest DD to go see HSM3 with some friends of ours. I just wanted to check in and see how everyone was doing. If I don't get a chance to get on tomorrow (my oldest DD turns 16) I hope everyone has a great weekend.

    Hey guys

Another June 2009 Twin Mommy to bed.

I just found out on Tuesday by my first appointment, all i can say that it was a good thing i was lying down when the sono tech told me it was twins, I didnt believe her, until she actually showed me on the monitor.

I have 2 boys, Barry 4.5 and Josh 2.5. so I thought I was all set with this preg. but now finding out it will be twins, I am in total shock and feel totally unprepared for anything, I dont even know what kind of questions and things to be asking, I dont think I have stopped thinking about this all week.

So far I am feeling pretty good though, getting a bit of a belly already.

    Hi Everyone-
We too found out last week I am expecting twins. I have one daughter now who is 7. This was a complete suprise and I think we still are in shock. I have been very nausous pretty much all day every day - its hard to try and find things I want to eat. Thankfully I haven't thrown up yet.
I am so happy to have found this board and found others due around the same time! The ultrasound said the babies were 7w5d - I thought I was more like 9w along. Both heartbeats were over 160. I don't have another appt till Dec 1st, which seems like it is far away.

    Hello everyone!

I'm Sandy (29) and DH Michael is 31. We're expecting possibly mo/mo twin boys May 9th. I'm 14w1d today. I definitely went through the twin shock for awhile, but now the thing that really throws me for a loop is that they are identical. For some reason that really amazes me

Unfortunately I'm also dealing with the stress of being diagnosed as monoamniotic, but they are both doing well for now, and hopefully will just keep on growing and being healthy

Hello! I am new to this site, but so excited that I have found it. I am 36, my husband is 33. We have been trying to conceive for almost 4 years and found out almost 6 weeks ago that we are finally pregnant and pregnant with TWINS!!!! We are so excited we both just walk around with silly grins on our faces. I am now 9 weeks and 4 days. The twins are fraternal and at our last u/s on Thursday, one was measuring 9wks,1day and the other, 8 wks 6 days.

So far, I am feeling pretty good. I feel a little "flu-like" in the mornings and sometimes at night, I get out of breath easily, and I seem to need a daily nap, but no throwing up or inability to eat, so I am thankful for that. The only exercise I have been doing is walking, but am hoping to maybe start back with a little elliptical exercise this week. I have just been so nervous about m/c that even though my Dr cleared me for normal activities and exercise, I am still taking it pretty easy.

    Congratulations to everyone!

Hi Ladies I have been lurking on this site for most of my pregnancy now and decided to join! My DH and I are expecting twins on 5-24-09 I am currently 12w1d. DH is 41 and I am 34. We tried to conceive for the last 7 years through 3 IUI's and 2 IVF. We are finally succesfull!!! We also have an 11 year old little boy. I did'nt have any ms but I had plenty of naseau and sometimes unable to eat. I have been terribly frightened of vanishing twin syndrome but am feeling much better about it since I have been able to see my babies twice a week until I was 10 weeks. We also have a big difference in hb's but Doc said that is to be expected. We also have are NT scan on friday and I am so excited for it so I can see these two little cuties. Saw the ob 2 weeks ago and I am not allowed to walk or swim arobically at all. I was kind of bummed about that but it is fine it took so long to get pregnant I will lay on the couch the whole nine months if I have to!! I have already gained 11 lbs. and am showing quite a bit. Doc also says she will deliver when I am 38 weeks. Not sure why I cant just go into labor on my own, but I will be asking!!!

Hi Everyone, I'm glad to see a group for the newly pregnant! :)

I am Marie, 36, and my DH is 38.
I'm due 6-1-09 with our first.

I am definately scared and excited. They heard the heartbeats at my appointment last Thursday, but I have to wait until November 24th for my next ultrasound. Since I have been very lucky and not had m/s, I am constantly nervous that something has gone wrong. The only symptoms I have are hunger and tiredness -- both of which are extreme at times. i have actually had to leave work to nap in my car in the middle of the day for fear that I would fall asleep at my desk. Both seem to come out of no where and need to be dealt with immediately. I am hope that this eases up soon... I've already gained 14 lbs and I am just 11 weeks today!

I am so happy that more and more of us are finding this thread.

Marie - I know what you are feeling. I go to the OB tomorrow, but I'm constantly worrying that something has gone wrong. I'm hoping at tomorrow's appointment the OB will be able to hear the h/b's and I can find out when my next u/s will be.

Heather - We are very near each other in our due dates. My EDD is 5/29/09. I will be 12 weeks on Friday. I have been taking it easy on my own since doing too much really tires me out. Just grocery shopping can be a challenge.

dblyblessed - Congrats on your twins. It's exciting and overwhelming at the same time.

Sandy - Welcome to the board and congrats on your twins. I will put you all in my prayer list that they make it through the whole pregnancy without getting all tangled up.

Briana - Congrats on your twins. Were they naturally concieved? And yes your next appointment does seem pretty far away. I am going every 3 weeks right now.

Nikki - Congrats on your twins, but I feel you on the shock. My first u/s at about 7 weeks told us that we were having twins. I knew that it was a possibility since these are IVF babies, but still a shock when the u/s tech says "you know that you are having twins". I told her no, but I do now. She just laughed and so did I.

AFM - Back at work. It was a good weekend though. We took DD to Chuckie Cheese (her request) for her 16th birthday and she had a blast. And on Saturday I got the joy (sarcasticly said) of seeing HSM3 again. But DD had alot of fun seeing it with one of her friends so that was fine. Other than that feeling pretty well. Nausea seems to be subsiding. Cross my fingers. I don't get it nearly as often as I was. Now I just get massively hungry. Well girls, I will talk to you all a little later.

    Hello there!

My name is Lisa, I'm 36 years old and my husband is 37 and we live in Northern Virginia. After 2-1/2 years of fertility treatments, we conceived our twins through our 3rd cycle of IVF and they are due in May. Their real due date is 5/24 but the doctor expects them much sooner than that. I'm 12 weeks pregnant right now. I find out in 3 weeks what the sexes are and I'm so excited!

So glad to see there are a lot of us out there who are to have our twins right around the same time!

Marie - I was already overweight when I got pregnant so I'm trying not to gain very much and just let the babies use up my fat stores. (got plenty of those) As for the tiredness, I feel you on that. I'm ready to put my head down on my desk for a few minutes before I leave for work. I actually think I will because if I get start the hour drive home and get sleepy I think that is worse than falling asleep on my desk.

Hope everyone has a good evening.

Hi! I'm new to this forum! I'm 12 weeks today with twins! I'm due May 26, 2009. I'm 30, and this is my first pregnancy. We tried for 2 years to get pregnant and had undergone some fertility testing. We had an appt with a specialist, but we got pregnant totally naturally before we went! My Dad has 2 sets of first cousins that are twins, but that is the closest twinning! We were shocked! I'm nervous to go to the Dr. tomorrow (first appt since finding out there were 2)... I hope they are both ok.

I feel like i am getting a belly, but i always had a belly, so i don't know how much of it is physiological.
I found some stuff on sale and ordered in an Extra Large, it's hard to believe that I will soon be in that stuff!!

kumphort - I'm in maternity already. My boobs were getting too big for my tops so the maternity tops were the first that I put on, but now I can wear the maternity yoga type pants without them falling off. The jeans are still too big, but soon.

Toya - That is for sure. Where there is God there is a way.

AFM - Well I went for my OB appointment last night and got there and the dr was seeing patients than all the sudden she gets called to deliver a baby. They had us wait because she doesn't usually take very long, 20 to 30 minutes. Than she gets called to deliver another baby so that was then they said we could either wait or reschedule. By then I was starving so I said I would reschedule. So I go back next week Tuesday. I'm sure by then there should be no problem to hear the h/b's. I'll be 12 weeks almost 13 weeks by than. Oh well. I had been hoping that I would have been able to report today that we heard them and when my next u/s would be. Guess I just have to wait another week.
