Boy are the California laws confusing! I know there is FMLA, CFRA, CA PFL, and CA PDL- but does anybody know if any of these are extended when having twins? The reason I ask is because I have been on disability for 5 months already, and according to my HR department, I have used up most of these benefits already, and the babies are still (hopefully) 4+ weeks away! Just trying to determine my state eligibility, as I get the impression that nobody in my HR department really understands the California laws. Thanks!

I was able to leave for maternity a month early due to my twin pregnancy, but there is nothing that will extend it unless you had a C-section which allows you two extra weeks.
