Where do you like and don't like to shop for maternity clothes? Just curious, as I think I need to get a few more shirts, my belly is getting huge.

My favorite places are Kohl's and Target. I think they both have cute affordable clothes.

I've had bad experiences with Motherhood before, so I'm not going there.

I'd like to be able to try them on, so nowhere online for me, but please feel free to post your favorites if they are online anyways.

    Thanks

I got some shirts from Kohl's on sale for $6. (Well, DH got them for me since I'm on bedrest.) I love Kohl's!

I've had good experiences with Motherhood - get most of my clothes from there. Ann Taylor just started a new maternity line - it's more expensive but has some really cute items. I've never had much like with Target - they have such a limited maternity selection at my target. Also never tried Kohl's for maternity wear. Every now and then I get something from Old Navy's maternity line.

Definitely Gap.com clearance. After ordering a bunch of things from them - I felt that Target was expensive! You can search by size so I was able to get a lot of XL & XXL shirts for less than $10.

Fit wise, I hate old navy/gap pants, and targets pants as well. I love the tops from old navy/gap and target though.

At Motherhood I found that dresses were really, really weird fitting. Everything had to be tried on.

Kohls, I dound the quality wasn't so good.

Now, since I'm as big as a house and don't want to spend any more $$$, I am living in:

my old pre-preg yoga pants and low-rise jeans (they get longer every day!)
paired with sweaters layered over old navy tank tops.

ONE dress I bought at Motherhood that is cotton jersey with a surplice top. I anticipate I'll probably live in it during the initial weeks when I come home from the hospital because it will be easy to nurse in.

Some days, i don't get out of my pajamas.

My Favorite place was Gap Maternity. I bought most of my stuff online but if you have a gap kids close by you can call and see if they carry the maternity clothes. I also liked the fact that you buy pants/jeans by number size, it always seems to fit better instead of S/M/L/XL . For me, the majority of my Target & Kohls stuff would shrink and become misformed after washing.

I love Old Navy! But, I have to try everything on because sometimes things are mislabeled. Once, I had tried on their mat. jeans, ended up w/ a small, but had tried on the med. Later, I needed the med so I got them. Got home, and they fit like XXL! So you do have to be careful, but most of my stuff is from there.

I always have to try stuff on too, I like Motherhood but the sizes do run weird. Right now I'm on bedrest and I am pretty much living in Motherhood Yoga Pants - LOVE THEM and Liz Lange shirts from Target. (they run small, buy big!)

Mostly Gap and Old Navy, mainly because I can order online, the shipping is free or cheap, and you can return anything without any hassles. But for a "fun" cuter item I'd go to this outlet store that has Motherhood. There's a high end store called Japanese Weekend which I've only bought one thing from, sometimes they have good sales.

I do not like Motherhoods sizing, I think they run really small. Clothes are small and bras are small as well.
