I didn't have a fancy belt, but bought a thick elastic velcro contraption from the store 'Motherhood'. It was less than $20 & really helped with 'lifting' under my belly when I wore it :good:

I bought the same one and loved it. I used it until the day I delivered.

I bought the Gabriella belt from Amazon and it has more back support than the one from maternity. So far I like it but I bought a size up and right now it is too big. I bought the medium support belt.

I have the cheapy velcro strap one too.. makes a big difference if I have to be on my feet for long.

I just got back from my first pregancy massage, and I have to say, that's made all the difference in the world! I can stand up sorta straight for the first time in 7 months!

I got the belt from Motherhood as well. It works well... just have to take it off when I'm going to sit down.

As for a pillow.. I bought the Boppy Pregnancy Wedge Pillow off Target's website. I'm on the fence about it. It's a bit harder than I like, but there were women raving about it online. It's just a wedge of a pillow that slides under your belly to support it while you sleep. I think I just need to get used to sleeping with something under my belly.

I'm having trouble breathing as well.. I thought I was going to hyperventalate in church the other day. It's like the babies are laying on my lungs, and not letting me suck in enough air. Oh, the joys of a double pregnancy!!

I had this one and liked it. I too started having back pain early (15 weeks) and didn't even know it was twins yet! For sleep, I just used a regular body pillow (b/c I had one already) and a few pillows b/t my legs.

i never had much luck with the belts, i found them too uncomfortable - but boy did i love, love, love my weekly massage! i also went for regular chiro appointments & i found that also helped with a lot of the pain/soreness.

as for pillows, i used a full body pillow to lean back against & a small wedge pillow for under my belly, plus a regular pillow between my legs.

I bought the cheap belt from Motherhood Maternity and found it useless and uncomfortable. I am using the Gabriella now and it is super supportive, comfortable... a lifesaver.

I don't think I would be able to walk if it wasn't for mine. I have the one from Motherhood as well!
