    Hi,
I hope you don't mind me posting over here, but I thought I might find some TS friends with this issue here. Yesterday I was told I have marginal placenta previa. Honestly the whole thing has me pretty scared. The peri said the placenta could "migrate" as I grow, I don't know how likely that is though. I haven't had any bleeding yet but I'm nervous about having these babies too early with this condition. Right now he just said no sex or strenuous exercise. Do you guys have any words of advice or wisdom for me?
    Thank you :)

I know that early on they said the same about me and the placenta has since moved up. Just listen to your doctor and follow all orders! I do think there's still time for it to move up as the babies grow and your uterus gets bigger.

    Just hang in there! :hug99:

That gives me hope :) Were you as far along as I am when it still looked like marginal PP?

I had PP at my 20 week u/s of my first singleton. I got the no heavy lifting, no intercouse, etc. By 8 months it had migrated away and I had an uncomplicated vaginal delivery. So there is a good chance it can still migrate.

I had partial placenta previa with my oldest at 7 months. It ended up migrating completely out of the way and was no problem. As your uterus grows the point where the placenta is attached to the uterus will move away from the cervix. It's pretty rare for a woman to make it to 8 months and beyond with placenta previa.
