I don't know what I'm having yet, but if it's 2 girls, I like Margaret and Mary-something....... Margaret and Mary-Kate Margaret and Mary-Alice Margaret and Mary-Grace Margaret and Mary-Anne Which do you like best? I can't make up my mind, I like all of them. I really like Mary-Kate, but do you think if I name one Mary-Kate everyone will think of the Olson twins every time they hear it?
I have to admit, I first thought of the Olsons when I saw Mary Kate! How about Mary Katherine (or Kathryn)? I love Mary Grace. In college, I knew: Mary Chris Mary Carle Mary Kay Mary Beth
My favorite is Mary Grace, although my personal preference would be for it not to be hyphenated. Margaret and Mary Grace are beautiful together. One of my best friends has a daughter named Mary Grace, that is her first and middle name but she has always been called by her full name Mary Grace. I knew a MariBeth when I was younger and I always thought that was a beautiful name as well. Her first name was just that, MariBeth; I know she had a middle name but I don't recall what it was. Something along those lines would sound nice with Margaret as well. Oh, and I just remembered that one of my dd's friends in high school was MeriLynn (pronounced Mary Lynn not Marilyn). I'm not crazy about the "Meri" part but always liked her name. Good luck!
Ooooo, I love Maribeth! I'm partial to one word (no hypen) names, but you could make it Mary-Beth if you are so inclined. I also like Marianne as one word. or Marilynn (one of my counsin's names). Mariclair I once met a Marilee--but I think that sounds too much like Merrily (row row row your boat...) I would also be adverse to Mary-Kate, just because of the famous twin thing.

My mom loves the hyphenated names, she picked Mary-Grace, and Margaret was my husband's grandmother's name, so those two would be a good pick! Now that I have these names picked out watch them turn out to be boys!! I like MariClaire too though..........
