    February was a hard month for me, I don't know about the rest of you.  With the snow days, neck & back pain, being sick...I definitely felt off of my game this month.
    Here's hoping for a better March!

    3/1-Has Fit week 4 day 5 (20 min ultimate work out and 5 minute obliques) and 25 minutes Leslie Sansome 2 mile walk on you tube
    3/2 60 min zumba

    Feb was a hard month for me as well. Dh was away end of Han, which threw off our workouts. Then we went away for a week.
    Today dh and I did a chest , triceps and shoulder workouts.

    I had a rough February too. I've just been in a funk!

    3/1 I ran 1 mile, walked 1 mile. It had been so long since I'd run that today my legs are really sore!
    3/2 15 minutes treadmill, 30 minutes koko weights, 15 minutes elliptical

    I had totally forgotten how good you feel after an aerobic workout!

    I felt that way after zumba yesterday!
    We have a snow day today :rolleyes:
    Today is 20 minute has fit MMA workout and 37 minute fitness blender cardio workout.

    Today I just did the weights at Koko. I'll do only cardio tomorrow.

    I think I forgot to include a workout. I know dh and I workout every night for the last 5 days.

    I think dh wants to restart warrior and see if we can totally make it throught it. Have done the first 10 weeks of it twice.

    3/4-Has Fit 10 minute high intensity hurricane workout and 20 minute body weight workout, plus 30 minutes on the treadmill
    3/5-off
    3/6-25 minutes on the elliptical and 60 minute body works class
    3/7-Has Fit 20 minute push up workout (that is going to kill me...push ups are the one thing I really struggle with) and 6 minute plank happy ab (I don't think mine will be when I am done) workout, plus zumba class

    Today 30 minutes on the elliptical, has fit week 5 day 2 and the 7 minutes abs for day 3
    Tomorrow-60 minutes zumba

    3/10-33 minutes on the elliptical, 10 mins has fit 300 reps of biceps, 8 minutes of has fit legs and 15 minutes of has fit 300 reps of triceps.
    3/11-off
    3/12-20 minutes has fit cardio workout and 40 minutes elliptical or bike.

    3/15-35 minutes elliptical 15 minute HIIT workout and 10 minute abs workout
    3/16-30 minutes elliptical , 10 minute back workout, 10 minute butt workout, 10 minute chest workout, 5 minute calf workout
    3/17-Has fit 30 minute destruction workout and 30 minute leslie sansome walking workout.

    I wound up taking thursday and friday off, between the virus that ran through my house and DH away on business.

    3/18-33 minutes on the elliptical, 15 minutes sweat is fat crying workout and 10 minutes six pack ab workout
    3/19 & 3/20-30 minutes on the elliptical, 60 minutes body works class
    3/21-10 minutes ultimate warrior challenge, 60 minutes zumba
    3/22-off
    3/23-60 minutes zumba- 300 reps of triceps, biceps, and 8 minute leg workouts.

    35 minutes elliptical and 30 minutes circuit training (has fit 30 minutes fat burning circuit training)

    3/26-15 min conditioning at home and 6 minute ab workout, 30 minute elliptical and 10 minutes on the bike
    3/27-off
    3/28-60 minutes zumba
    3/29-30 minutes elliptical and 30 minutes fat blazing workout.

    3/23 leg workout and 8 minute abs
    3/24 chest and tricepts
    3/25 off
    3/26 arm workout and lower abs (week 3 day 6)
    3/27 off day due to late soccer practice
    3/28 hasfit 15 mintue sweatis fat crying

    3/30-45 minute Leslie Samsome 3 mile walk video & 15 minute has fit isometric training and 9 minute of arms
    3/31-20 minute has fit cardio assassin workout and 40 minutes of elliptical and bike.
