Man they can move

Hello,

I am twelve weeks today, had an ultrasound yesterday and they make a T-shape so I got a good profile shot with one of the twins. The doctor called the first twin a guy but I think that was a "general" term for the baby, can't wait to find out the sexes.

The ultra sound showed two little babies, even though one of the twins, we couldn't tell if we were looking at the tooshie or the head but I was surprised at how well and quick their movements are at 12 weeks.

I feel even more for women who are pregnant at 30 weeks or more multiples because their bellies must be rocking all the time; I look forward to feeling mine.

I loved those early ultrasounds and I cherish the pictures. As they get bigger, you can't get both babies in one picture, and later you can only get one body part in a picture, so the early ones with both babies together are so special.

It's so fun to feel them move as you get further along.

Jamie, thanks for sharing that with us. I loved getting u/s's. It made things feel more real, especially in the early months. :wub: Yes, they do move around ALOT and it's the most amazing thing ever to feel.

 

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I just LOVED those sweet ultrasound pics!! I know you do already, but pay attention to their little personalities on the ultrasounds, my girls are just like they were then - Ava was always ACTIVE and kicking Addison in the head - Addison was always so calm and go with the flow -- that is EXACTLY the way they are even now 17 months later!! I am SO excited for you!! I cannot tell you enough how awesome just being a mom is... but to twins!! oh just wait!!!
