    Hi all,

I am planning to BF the twins, but I am researching bottles because I know there will be times when I will have to EBM and use the bottles. Anyway, I am pretty familiar with the playtex drop-ins, which I like, and I keep reading about Born Free and Dr. Browns (among others). Today I was shopping at Babies R Us in London and I ran across these MAM bottles. I think they are called Sassy MAM back in the U.S. Anyone familiar with these bottles? Do they work well going between bottle and breast? How difficult are they to find stateside (widely available in England but apparently not the case in the US)? Do you have anything to compare them to?

I do plan to buy starter kits of a few brands (just in case) and I just wanted to know if I should add these to the list.

You can get MAM bottles at Babies r us or Walmart here. I haven't used them. I use born free which I like, although I wish I had started them on MAM, since they are cheaper, but I'm afraid to switch them now.

I have been a bit confused about bottles. When my mom had her boys 17 years ago it seemed so much simpler. Anyhow, I really liked the look of these. I liked the shape of the nipples and bottle itself, and up until now I hadnt had any clarity as to what I might want to try.

Love Mam. Been using them since 2 months. It stinks cuz we had already spent 200$ on Born Free and ended up switching  !

I LOVE the MAM bottles. I did some breastfeeding and some EBM and they had no problem. MIne were also premature and had trouble sucking on a several different types of bottles that I tried. They did great with these! Also, because of the shape of the nipple, they didn't leak when they drank nearly as much. We tried Playtex, Dr Browns, and Avent - MAM by far was our favorite!! I bought mine at Babies r Us and also ordered some online (don't remember from where though). I highly recommend them!
