You can get a nice size cake a Costco for around $15.00. I would go to Dollar Tree or another dollar store for balloon and paper products. Our $ Tree has real nice balloons and plates, cups, silverware, etc. If you went to a dollar store you could probably get the paper products and cake/ice cream for around $50. I know parties are expensive.

I found some cute decorations at Wal-mart for the twins bday. And if you are feeling energetic, you could make the cake, that would cut down on the cost also...cakes are expensive!!

Yeah, the best place to save the money is to make the cake. You can't make streamers and balloons, but they have all kinds of colorful swirly cake mixes these days that kids love the look of, and it only costs about $3 or $4 for the cake and frosting, counting the electricity from the oven.

I bought Irelynd and Shae's party supplies.. plates cups and decorations on Ebay. Sometimes people sell all their leftover party stuff in one bid and I saved alot of money doing it this way. I also made their cake and ice cream. Maybe I am a cheap-o , I think I am creative!!
