Ok so I am 5' 1/2 inches tall. I was already overweight by 30 pounds before getting pregnant and I am definatly showing now. I keep getting told how big I am for being almsot 4 months. Gee thanks but I am so short I have no torso really so any little weight I gain shows being pregnant is worse. I went shopping yesterday and today, thanks to the energy I am getting from being able to keep more food down now. As I was finishing shopping I started getting bad back pains and cramps and heavyness. A few got pretty painful but after I sat down for awhile and drank some water they started going away. It just worried me a little bit because I am not sure if I should be feeling those pains at 15 weeks? I go into the doctor in 2 weeks for another check up. I have now only gained 2 maybe 3 pounds this pregnancy so I am pretty sure its not from "gaining to much weight". Should I call my doctor and let him know what I am feeling or is it normal. Maybe its because I really have done anything for at least 7-8 weeks because I have been so sick my muscles are just really weak. I just have no clue what the heck is normal with just one baby, or what is normal after a twin pregnancy.

I am sorry you are having pain! I would call your Dr. just to let them decide if they want/need to see you. It can't hurt to do that! I am not sure that there is such a thing as a "normal" pregnancy! ;) I hope it is just from getting out and doing some walking and you feel better in a day or two!

    Take it easy Momma!

I had a lot of those feelings last week, but I'm also farther along than you. Hopefully it's all just getting out and moving about after not doing too much the last few weeks, but I would call your OB just for some reassurance. I know I called mine last week b/c I have no clue what's normal and what's not...lol! Every ache and pain concerns me b/c it was ALWAYS some kind of problem with the twins. I hope that everything is ok and try to take it easy. Glad you are finally feeling better though!

I remember starting to get the heaviness feeling around then. As for the pains, I bet it is stretching. Of course, call your dr to make sure, but that is what I think it is.

I am always an advocate for calling your Dr...that is what he/she gets paid for! As for the cramping, etc. I got that from 19 weeks on when I was pregnant with Grace, it stinks, but you just have to take it easy when you can and make sure you drink plenty of water!! Good luck!
