    Hello,
I am 33 weeks and 4 days. Twin A has low fluid in her sac...she went from 8 cm to almost nothing...which has landed me in the hospital (bed rest) . There is no evidence of a ruptured sac. I have an ultra-sound tomorrow to see if my babies are growing. Has anyone else had Low Fluid in one Twins' sac? What was the outcome? Is there anything I should be worried about? Tell me your stories!
    Thanks,
    Brooke on Bed Rest

I had low fluid on twin A as well. It was less than half of what twin B had. I was already on bedrest. They monitored me in the hospital too. I was given a lot of IV fluids. The fluid was enough to not be dangerous though. I did fine and delivered at 34wks 6 days. Baby A did well after delivery. Actually they both did well. Just continue to take it easy and try not to stress. They will keep a close eye on things and if it gets dangerous, they'll take the babies. You're at a good point now where the babies would be ok if you delivered. I hope it all works out. Hang in there mama!

I am hanging in there ok...just going nutty in the hosptial. Looks like they will try to deliver them early next week if their lungs are mature.

My twin A had low fluid too. She had it for several weeks. She had between 1-3 cm the whole time. I think we were diagnosed with it at about 25 weeks. I was monitored weekly for growth issues and movement. At 34 weeks and 6 days I had an ultrasound and she was not moving as much as she should and we delivered right then. She was just fine. She was a pound less than her sister. She was 4#11 and the other was 5#11. She was actually more healthy than her sister.
Everything will be okay!! Let me know if you have any questions or just want to talk ( I know how lonely the hospital is).
