It is a cut pic! To answer your ? yes, they are ID. I got them tested in March because they were di/di twins. I was he only 1 that thought that though!

Their personalities are quite different. Eli is more outgoing, courageous and prefers his big brother and Peyton is very passive and clings to mom most of the time, but especially when people come over.
