[SIZE=18pt]I loss my twins at 20 weeks last summer. Doctor said they were likely fraternal twins. I just found out that I am pregnant again. Can anyone share personal stories or having twins after loss of twins or any studies how likely it is that we will be carrying twins again? Also what are some early signs of a twin pregnancy? I cant tell you any facts or figures, but i can tell you from exp. that it is possible to have it happen again. I have had 4 twin pregnancies in a row all fraternal. Tlk to your dr about an ultrasound and find out early so you and the dr can work out a "game plan" for extra precautions if it is twins again. Good luck either way.

Wow, you have a handful. That is great to hear. Was all your pregnancies conceived how would I say it "traditionally"?

I am currently carrying my 2nd set. I did not lose my 1st set but I am sure the stats are the same.... 3 times more likely than the general public to conceive twins again if you have one set of frats. I also think someone said the other day on here that that comes to about 4-6% possiblity or 1 in 20 chance. Get an ultrasound ASAP. And congrats by the way I hope for a better outcome for you and babies this time.
