Loss of pregnancy symtoms?

I am nine weeks pregnant yesterday and the only pregnancy symptoms that I had were hungry ALL the time and my breasts were sore. When I woke up this morning I had neither of these. I haven't been hungry once today like I have been being even before I knew that I was pregnant. And my breasts are still a little sore but not nearly like they were. Should I be worried? I haven't had any bleeding or cramping. Some slight pain, but nothing painful just there, in my lower abdoman (sp) but I assumed it was my uterus stretching. Has anyone had this everything turned out ok? I don't have another doctor appointment until January 6th and I don't think I can wait until then to know if I've lost one or both of them. I've had two miscarriages before and with the last one the heart stopped at 9.5 weeks.

Courtney, I had barely any pregnancy symptoms from 8 weeks until about 18 weeks when I started to show a lot. My girls are now 19 months old, so all worked out great for me with very few symptoms!

 I don't really have any experience about lack of symptoms to share...when I miscarried (not with twins) I had the cramps and bleeding so it was pretty obvious. If you are really worried, maybe you can call your dr and go in for a beta test or something to make sure the numbers are still rising as expected? Do they have you taking anything like progesterone? I had to take that with the twins because of the previous miscarriage. I hope this is just your fear coming through...I know I was petrified when I got to the same point with these two...I kept waiting for something to go wrong so if I stopped throwing up for a few hours (I had baaaad morning sickness), I thought there was a problem. I would try to see the dr for some reassurance before your appointment. You don't want to spend the holidays worrying any more than you have to. Good luck and let us know how it goes!

That happened to me at about the same time. It lasted for about two days. I was freaking for the same reason, but all my symptoms came back full force. Enjoy it while it lasts :)

My sypmtoms started to decrease right around 10 weeks.

I remember my boobs hurt bad from about 4 weeks to 6 or 7 weeks. Then they stopped. I was petrified too. But my babies were fine. I don't remember if the boob pain ever returned, I don't think it did. As far as appetite goes, I'm sure everyone is different and that it changes all throughout the pregnancy. I don't really remember ever really having an increased appetite. But I did definitely have a decrease in appetite (food aversions, and I just didn't want anything) from about 6 weeks to 12 weeks.

The only symptom I experienced at all was exhaustion and that did disappear at the end of the 1st trimester. Other than that, I didn't even know I was pregnant with twins until my 19 wk u/s. My 1st trimester with my DS was much more difficult.

I started losing some symptoms around then, too. And the symptoms that I thought I was supposed to have that I asked my mw about? She asked me why I was complaining that I didn't have them ;) I've also had two m/cs so I know it's hard not to think the worst. Maybe you can call your doc and request an earlier appt. Good luck and keep us posted.
