today i feel a very full sensation on my left side and i looked in the mirror- it looks and feels like they are camping out on the left - when i hear their heartbeats - one is on the left and and one is right under my belly button - does lopsided tummy start this early?

my girls have been doing the same for a few weeks now too. they float to the top and then the right and then left. one at the top and one at the bottom and then both at the top and the wort is both at the bottom. i can't walk when they are crammed down there like that--lol
    Lots of love!

I am totally lopsided. I have a little problem though that causes mine. I have one twin measuring 1 lb 12 oz and one measuring 15 oz. at 24 weeks. I will be 25 weeks tomorrow. Kinda scared right now but they keep saying everything's fine, one's just smaller. More doctor visits though...

My belly was the same way when I was pregnant. Kaytlin was the bigger twin and she was on right top, her head in my rib cage the whole pregnancy. You could actually see her head "roll" when she moved, it was really weird looking. Now that they are born and almost a year later, my stomach is still lopsided on the right. Really weird, I was hoping that it would go away with time but it is still there, I guess she stretched me out more.

    Dear mhouse,

Thank you for starting this post. I thought I was the only one who'd ever had such an odd anatomy. I don't think mine started as early, though.

THanks also to angie7 for what I have to look forward to; baby B is in the exact same position as Kaytlin!

My girls has beendoing the same from about 18 weeks, and always to the right side. Never had this with my singleton pregnancy though.

I definitely think it has to do with the size of the babies and the position. My baby A is the bigger one and her body parts are frequently sticking out on my left side. Baby B however is breech and her head is under my right breast so I often have a bump right there.

My baby B is positioned right underneath my right ribs - I hope he is comfortable with it, because I am not[IMG] and Baby A is actually very low on my left side - we can see her head on the US screen when they do my cervix checks. I am completely lopsided. To add to this, every once in a while, usually in the evening Baby B does some weird stretching thing causing me to feel very tight and full and when I look down there is a large lump directly underneath my right rib cage causing me to look even more lopsided.

My right side of my belly has always been a little higher than the left since I started showing.

About a week ago, I could feel the difference in my belly. I don't think it was visably noticable, but I could feel it if I palpated my stomach.

When I was pregnant I was totally lopsided. Leighanna (she was on my right side) would push her butt out as hard as she could causing it to be lopsided. Now post pregnancy my stomich is still lopsided from where she would push.
