I am looking for a carpet rug that has a road map for my DS to play with his cars on. Menard's used to have them but now they are more like a foam mat which I do not want. I am looking for the actual carpet rug. Any ideas where to get one without spending alot. I really like the one at Menards.

    Thanks!

We got ours HERE. The one we got was THIS one. It is really durable and easy to clean up spills. They have lots of other roads in all different sizes. Lots of times they have free shipping and no tax.

I have seen them at home depot and sometimes teacher stores carry them.

We got ours at Home Depot of all places. It was on $20 bucks! The girls love it.

We have two of the Ikea ones in the boys room. I love the other ones that people linked to but I'm really frugal (read: cheap) and I didn't want to spend $60+. The ones from Ikea ony cost $15 each and are a pretty good size. I did get some rug tape so they would stay in place on top of the wall-to-wall carpet in their room.

I love, love, LOVE the one I got at Lowes. It was only $20 and it has been a great investment. It's a real carpet/rug, not a flimsy mat. It is sturdy enough for a vacuum cleaning and the endless rowdiness of two boys. My guys love it and play more and more complex activities with it each week.

Home Depot also sells similar things for about the same price but it has a HUGE, orange "HOME DEPOT" logo in the center of 'town'. <_< I hate paying to be someone's marketing gimmick.
