Looking for a pretty embroidered onesie or shirt

I'm looking for a fancy kind of onesie or shirt to match with these pettiskirts that I've got for my girls. I've got these headbands that match the skirts and I really don't want the ruffled tank tops that match the skirts - I am looking for a fancy embroidered initial onesie or something that will look pretty with those skirts.

Anyone have any suggestions for websites or stores?

I've been searching but I thought I'd see if anyone had bought any and could verify they are nice before I order. (I've ordered things online before that look cute on my screen and when I get them in it's not as cute as I was expecting.)

    TIA!

Now that is a SERIOUS skirt Aimee! That is adorable. Have you tried looking online at Hanna Anderson or Janie and Jack?

Here is a white lace onesie from Janie and Jack. I was just thinking a plainish onesie would be nice since more of the focus is on the headband and skirt. Can you tell I have some extra time on my hands today :D

I dont' know but I just want to say how adorable those are! I also want to do a tulle skirt/daisy headband as soon as they are able to sit up for more than 5 seconds without assistance but I will probably not do a shirt

Oh we've done Valentine's Tutus and 9 month tutus with no shirt. I think at 12 months I want them to have shirts on for the pics - we are going to do a family pic as well so I want shirts for that. My scanner is not scanning very well - the pics are really cute in person, I see on here they look like 2 dark circles for eyes, lol, they aren't really like that!

Rachel, thank you so much I am going to check that out right now. I'm glad you are bored today so you can help me out! :D

OMGosh those are some cute tutus!!! All of them!

I think Rachel is right, something simple so that the tutu and headband are the focus. I've seen cute embroidered shirts at Macys (little me, first impressions, or ralph lauren). I had really simple embroidered ralph lauren outfits for the girls for thankgiving.

This is where I got the pink tutus from. The people there were so nice too. They gave me the Valentine's tutus for free b/c they forgot to ship me the 2nd tutu so I contacted them, when they sent me the 2nd tutu there were 2 free Valentine tutus inside the box as well!

You guys are right, I am a tutu addict, LOL. The Valentine ones were free, they wore the pink ones for 9 month pics and are wearing them to their birthday party AND Halloween and I'm going to sell the pettiskirts after we wear them for pictures if anyone wants to buy them from me...

I don't have any advice, but I have to say they are sooooo adorable.

(and I'm just a *tiny* bit jealous over here...I don't think DH would appreciate it if I dressed any of my little ones in the tutus ;-)

    ENJOY these precious girly things!!!

    HOLY *&%$#@*&^%$# those are CUTE!!!
I have been meaning to ask where you bought your 9mo. tutus & I am DYING over that site. I just told DH that I was going to get the girls the outfits with the '1' in crystals/tutu/hat & I don't think he is in *love* with the idea....
Will your 6-12 mo. tutus from their 9 mo pix be big enough for them once they are 1? I want to know for sizing what size to order :)
    too cute Aimee.....too too cute.

Okay, seriously, those are too cute!!!!! I wonder if they make them in my size?

Now I have baby-girl envy. hmm... I wonder if I could convince the Mr that we need another baby?!?!?

    (sorry, way off topic here...)

I know a mama who does custom embroidery--I'll email her and find out what her website is. :)

Yes, I got the smallest tutu on that site in the bright pink color, and it has fit them from the time I got them (last Xmas) and still fits them now (tried them on yesterday). I got the tutus that tie, not the elastic wasit, so you make the tutu as loose as you want. When I bought mine they sold tutus without having to get the matching onesie, I don't see that option now though...

The people at perfect showers are so nice, I emailed them and asked if I could buy just one of the onesies without the matching tutu's since I already have the tutus.

As long as it's $20 or less I am going to get them the white onesies with the glittery number 1 on them! Either that or I could get one with a "A" and one with a "L".....keep your fingers crossed they aren't $30 each!

Aimee, it looks like in the drop down menu for ordering the tutu/onesie with the '1' in crystals, one of the options is to just order the onesie (in long sleeve or short sleeve) and it is $24.00 :) YAY!
I am ordering the whole sha-bang!!!!
