    Hi Ya'll...
I am not sure if I just have a muscle strain, uterine strain or something else. I have had a low pain, in the lower part of my pelvis on the right side. It isn't a cramp that comes and goes, it is almost a steady ache, but just right there. It doesn't feel like a contraction and there is no belly tightening. Should I be concerned? I am 20 weeks, 1 day.

If you are at all concerned, I would suggest you call your doctor. It could be a growth pain, something else or nothing at all. It's better to talk to them and have them decide what they want to do, if anything. :good:

I agree with Liz, when in doubt call your Dr :good:
Calling always put my mind at ease :)

It's probably nothing, more of a round ligament thing. But call the Dr and ask. They're used to those kinds of calls and probably happy to have them from moms of twins, because for sure it's better safe than sorry!

Hi! I know this was a while ago, but did you get an answer from your Dr.? It's Saturday, so I don't want to call mine today if it's nothing to worry about, but I got this yesterday. I'm 16 weeks and a couple days and it seems to hurt worse when I urinate (the pain in the lower right side of my pelvis). I thought maybe it was a pulled muscle, too, but it went away for a while yesterday and now it's back with a vengeance. If you could let me know what they said that would be great! Thanks!!

Hi, yes my doc gave me some answers. He thinks it is the position of the babies and uterus on my femoral (sp) artery? Too much pressure from the ever enlarging uterus is pressing down on too many other parts! So, yours could be this, or it could be ligament pain. I know at 16 weeks until I was in the 20's I would have some serious pain that would come and go in that area, and honestly, it was my body stretching to accomodate TWO babies! Good luck! hope it eases up a bit for you.
