Lifestyle/diet changes to lower cholesterol?

    Any lifestyle/ diet changes to lower cholesterol that have worked for you?

    I'll likely go on medication, anyway, but would like to introduce lifestyle changes. What has worked for you or your DP?

    Cutting back on saturated fats made a difference for me, and I added more salmon and walnuts into my meals. My GP also suggested fish oil for heart health.
