We're going away to a lake in a couple weeks, and we'll want to take the girls out in a boat. So we'll need child sized life jackets. Where's a good place to buy without breaking the bank? But good quality, USCG approved, etc.

We got ours at Sams Club (approved) for 16$ last year- cute too (pink/yellow).

Check at a Sporting good store or Target/Walmart

We got ours at Namco which is a pool supply place . They use them for swimming now but will hopefully use them for boating in a few weeks! They are USCG approved.

I also saw some at Target & Dick's Sporting Goods but didn't check the price.

I hadn't even thought of BJ's -- and I'm due for a trip, out of olive oil (HORRORS!)

    Thanks everyone!

I have seen them recently at Sam's Club, Wal-Mart and Target. I believe we bought C&S's life jackets at a sporting goods store.

This time of year most of the stores might be sold out, even though its only July they usually start stocking things like that months before summer actually comes. YOu can also look on Amazon, they have some as well that way you aren't running all over the place trying to find 2 in the right size.

For the infant/toddler life vests with the back neck support that flips them over and that keeps the head out of the water - I paid $13.00 at Walmart. I got the child/youth size - 50 lbs "Body Glove" Neoprene at Sams Club. They were originally $20.00 but I got them last year at season closeout for $8.00 each.
