You might want to try Pedialyte. It comes in liquid form and in popsicles. Another option would be diluted apple juice. As for foods, I would try things that are easy on her stomach (i.e. nothing greasy or high in fat). Foods such as saltine crackers, dry toast or even jell-o would probably taste good to her. It would probably be a good idea to give her liquids and solids in very small amounts and see how she handles them. Just give it to her a little at a time and if she is able to keep it down, then give her more. It is important to keep her hydrated so liquids are important. HTH!

One of mine had it, it was a nightmare. He lost a lot of weight. He had pedialyte and water. A little every 15 mins. The doc said to give whole food if he hadn't vomited all day. To give rice, toast, potato, cheerios or broth. If that went well you could add more things the next day. But it took a full week to recover. I also gave him some homemade watermelon popsicles I had in the freezer. Good luck.

We have it here too. :( Trevor came down with it yesterday so I'm assuming Emilie will get it too. I just hope it doesn't pass through all 5 of us.

He has just been drinking pedialite, not interested in food. But we plan to try small meals, like crackers, toast, things that are bland.

Our nurse told us to do nothing but liquids for 24hrs. If they aren't throwing up still then you could add a few Nilla wafers, it has some egg in it in addition to a cracker like meal. After a day of wafers, you can add in mashed potatoes and some plain chicken.
