I was just wondering if anyone has any fun activities that they do, that they could share with me. I really want to work on colors and the alphabet, numbers. We do some stuff now, but I feel we should do some more. Any suggestions would help!! Thank You all!

How old are they? It is easier to give ideas when I know what age group I am dealing with.

My boys learned colors/numbers/letters best through books and puzzles. I would hold up the puzzle piece or point to the book and say, "What letter is this?" They loved answering the questions.

To learn colors, I took a paint sample card of each color....the Disney ones and glued them to a poster board. The kids loved it! I went back later and got a second sample and then had them match the colors.

This is not the healthiest way, but my boys learned their colors by picking out jelly beans. They got to eat it if they were right. It was their 1st introduction to candy. Worked great!

The ages are single 3 yr old and 14 mon old twins. I like the paint ideas!! My husband has been away for 3 wks and he asked how our 3 yr old was doing with his colors and he said go get some gummy bears, he really knows them from that. I know that isn't ideal either. I forgot that I was having problemswith my signature, thank you for reminding me!!
    Have a great day!
