My smaller twin is suddenly having the worst time keeping a dry bottom. Her diapers seem to leak at least twice a day. She's currently in a size 4 while her sister is already filling out a size 5 nicely. I've tried Huggies little movers and Huggies snug and dry (both types she has worn before) and they both leak. She wears Pampers extra protection at night and those seem to be better.

Any advice from anyone else out there who has little ones with little legs? TIA!

My two are very skinny and we've always used Pamper's baby dry, since they're shaped more like them. Long and narrow.

I always found either Pampers baby dry or the Target brand seemed to work well for both of my kids. They both have no waist and little legs.

I have a tiny hiney and long chicken leg baby too and we've always used Pampers Baby Dry or Cruisers and never had a problem:)

One of my twins is super skinny and we've had the same issues. I am on my first box of Target brand diapers and am liking them! Been having too many issues w/ Pampers and Huggies lately so may stick with these for a while.

Pampers. Our boys are chunky now, but when they were preemies pampers hardly ever leaked (and they were skinny) and we used to HATE huggies because they always leaked. Once they plumped up it didn't seem to matter... but in our experience Pampers worked great for kiddos when they were skinner.

I always had under weight kids and found that regardless of the poundage on the box if the diapers started leaking regularly it was time to go up a size...we used Huggies and also Wegmans Premium brand...the Wegmans brand were as good as Huggies!
