ds has been going at it for an hour and a half, mostly my fault since I gave in to him at 3:30 last night... you know it's all about being consistant. Typically he wakes between 4 and 5 for breakfast, then goes back to bed till about 7, but this week for whatever reason he's been trying to wake at 2 or 3 am instead, and last night I just couldn't take listening anymore and gave in. I think it's cause he's learning to crawl, since I've heard sometimes they don't sleep as well when learning a new skill. Man, I'm going to feel this tomorrow!

LOL! I used to read while the boys cried. The first few days I was doing the check every 10/20/30 min thing then I went to every chapter I'd check on them. I get a little wired when I'm online at night so if I wanted to go back to sleep after they finally did, I had to stay away from the TV and computer. I actually fell asleep reading to the crying a few times!

 Sorry about the late night! He might be working on a new milestone and that could be why he is waking. I hope those late night wakeups stop soon for you!

Well, I got back to sleep, only to be wakened by my nutty neighbor cutting his lawn at 6:30. He and I had a talk out by the fence at 7, and he won't be cutting his lawn that early again :girl_devil:

Oh, i'd have been livid! I remember my teenaged neighbor had his stereo booming outside, so bad that it was shaking my house. I was pg with ds and desperate for sleep. He didn't do it again after I had a talk with him. Well, until just recently, lol. I guess my talk was only good for a few years :)

 Why is it that always happens on days when we've had no sleep the night before?!

  Sorry you have to deal with this! Mine aren't STTN yet.. as a matter of fact they've been waking 2x each [teething probably]. We're going to do CIO soon - and I just know it's going to be difficult!!

Though I read somewhere that if you go on the computer [or turn on a bright light for that matter] it could be difficult to fall back asleep. I'm sure it's different with everyone ^_^
