I noticed somewhat of a pattern regarding their final nap of the day before going down for the night. They tend to take it around 400 and only lasts 30-45 minutes. Is this too short. I try to lengthen it by going in there and soothing them, but it usually doesn't work. They tend to go down for the night around 730, sometimes earlier. Is this what you guys experience? THANKS!!!!

  3. I try no to let my twins nap past 4 pm. U sually they go to bed around 7. Tonight after their bath, they fell asleep around 530 so I just put them down for the night.

That sounds fine to me. Mine tend to take their longest nap in the morning. I want their 3rd nap to be short so it won't interfere with night sleep.

From 6 months to about 9 months my girls would take a little cat nap around 3 or 3:30 that would last about 45 minutes. They went to bed at 6.

my babies are just over 3 months and they usually take a catnap after their 4th bottle which is normally around 4:30-5pm. They catnap about 30-45 mins and then they wake up and I change them into pj's and they have their bedtime bottle around 7-7:30pm and are usually down for the night around 8pm.

Just curious. Do yours sleep through the night? For us it's still a challenge. THANKS!
