Last bottle and I didn't even know it!

For the past several weeks we've been having just one bottle a day -- we give it to the girls at dinner and they finish it after dinner. Tonight we happened to give them sippies of milk instead (largely because we had some already poured), and they didn't complain, so we spontaneously decided no more bottles! We gave them the sippies again after dinner and although they didn't drink as much as usual, they didn't beg for their bottles.

So I guess that's it -- no more bottles! Talk about an anticlimax. [IMG]

OUrs got the stomach bug and didn't drink for a couple days- we had to syringe them so I thought- perfect opportunity and bam- we were done, too! And I had been stressing about when to do it- my girls have a swallowing problem that prolonged our use of bottles.

YEA for you!!!! and no more bottles! [IMG]

That's great! How nice that they were ok with it.

Cool! That's pretty much how it happened here. DH misunderstood me and poured sippies instead of bottles, and we were done.
