My SIL swears by Lands End suits for her girls. I wanted a tankini for my girls this year for ease with potty training but everything I've seen in stores is belly bareing and I wanted something longer. The Lands End ones are nice because they come to the top of the bottoms.

I have been going to their website about every other day in hopes for a sale and FINALLY it happened!! Right now their suits are 30% off!! So, normally $29.50 for one and I got both for less than $50. :clapping: Just wanted to share the deal!!

    ETA: The sale ends tomorrow!!

I bought some for the girls last week. Of course, the one that Allison wants is backordered until May, but she won't be needing it until then anyway. I got Sarah's just the other day and it's adorable! The great thing about Lands End is you can return them anytime for any reason.

And...you can order right at Sears and pay no shipping. Of course I remember this after I placed my order. :fool:

Thanks. I have been looking for two piece bathing suits for my girls and they are all so skimpy. I looked at Lands End too but they were just out of my price range. I think their suits are so cute.

Where would you go to sears to order clothes from Lands End? I never heard about that before.

Sears now has a huge Lands End department. I have seen it in every store around here, so I imagine they are doing it everywhere? The last time we were there I wanted to check out the suits in person but realized they didn't have my girls sizes and that's when we were brought over to the Lands End ordering department (right there at the Lands End checkout counter) and were told if we ordered right there it would be shipped to Sears and we wouldn't have to pay.

These suits are much more $$ than I like to spend, but like I said my SIL swears by them. Her girls are 7 and 9 right now and have been wearing them every summer for a couple of years now. They spend almost everyday at their community pool and she said the suits have minimal pilling from that.

Sure they go on sale right AFTER I ordered DD's that I didn't even need until May 13th (it's for her bday). <_<

Oh you made me nervous! I got our suits already for this year, Lands End from Sears and I had to order from the store because they didn't have the color one of the children wanted. It is very frustrating when I get things done early then find out that I could have saved money by waiting but, I had a coupon when I bought so I am fine phewwww!

They had free shipping this week, too. I got 1/2 of mine and the other half is backordered. I am trying to figure out if the kids need any more suits.

I swear by Land's End for my swimsuits, and they are can't-miss quality on every item I've ever purchased. We bought the boys backpacks for preschool there and they monogrammed them and everything. They are soooo sturdy. I  Land's End.

Their kids rash guards are great too!

Land's End has some of the BEST customer service. I have often ordered something only to watch it go on sale (or receive a coupon code via email) the next couple days. I just call them and they happily credit the difference back to my account.

Don't forget to go through ebates for an additional 3% cash back....every little bit helps!
