Kinde Fire - "freetime" app?

There was a thread about getting a Kindle Fire for a child, and the free time app was mentioned by several posters. I've been looking for this app on my daughter's Kindle, but can't find it. Does it have a different, official, name?

 

It comes already loaded on the newer Kindle's, if you have an older one I don't know what you can do.

 

She won hers at school in May of last school year. I'm not sure when it was actually purchased though.

I suppose that explains why I can't find it in the app store though.

Is there any other app that works in a similar way?

 

There are other apps but I don't remember the names or anything, sorry! There are parental controls built in to all the Kindles, under the menu tap the "parental controls" option.
