    Hi there,
Looking for recos on kids vitamins in liquid form that dont taste horrible. They cant quite chew through the hard ones and I am afraid they will choke on the gummy kind. We have whole foods in the area - I looked there and there were several to chose from. Open to other suggestions as well.

    Thanks

I might not be much help, but for DD we had to use the awful tasting Poly Vi Sol with Iron (her iron was low until about 18 months) and I would put it in her yogurt, pudding to try to mask the awful taste. I think around 23 months I switched to Flintstones vitamins and she takes them with no problem.

I also use the Poly v sol with iron. I just put it in their milk and they drink it.

Mine were on poly vi sol until they were around 10 months because they really needed the iron. I asked at our 18 months checkup if they should be on anything and she said the only thing she would recommend was poly vi sol and it tastes so horrible that she is fine with waiting until they are closer to two when they can chew the regular kind.

My guys have to be on prescription vitamins with fluoride because we live in the country and have a well. I can't remember what type they are, but they actually don't mind taking the drops at all! I'll try and remember to look at the brand tonight. Maybe they have a non-prescription version without fluoride you can buy OTC.

My guys must be wacky. They like their presciption cherry flavored liquid vitamins!!!
We were told if they didn't like it the pharmacy could add extra flavors to it.
