kids 2 yr check up

    I had never taken the kids to the doctor by myself, dh has done it several times but this was my first. And guess what???? No shots :banana: !!!!!!!!!! Man, did I pick the right visit, lol!

    They are doing great :D

    Molly weighs ~26lbs (45%) and is 37 in (off the charts)
    Zach weighs ~26lbs (25%) and is 36 in (90%)

    They had a great time stacking blocks and throwing/kicking balls in the office :p Pedi said they look and act perfect, glad he agrees with me :lol:

    I told him Molly just looks so skinny, and how funny it is that she is higher in % for weight than Zach who looks chubbier, but I guess that is because she is SO tall, she distributes the weight like a model, lets hope that continues!

    Yeah, for NO SHOTS!!!! Good job, Mamma! It is tough going by yourself. Glad it went smoothly.

    Yeah for a great appointment and for doing it on your own!!

    My boys had their 2 year appointment yesterday too!

    Great job and congrats on a fantastic appt!

    I cringe at the thought of taking two mobile toddlers to the doc at once... I take them in their stroller all the time, but they can't walk yet.

    You went by YOURSELF? Oh my gosh!! I am majorly impressed!! :bow2: :bow2: :bow2: I have done it ONCE when Emma was sick and OMG I vowed to not do that again for a while. YAHOO!!! :yahoo: It sounds like it was a great appt. Thanks for sharing!!

    I still haven't taken mine to the doctor by myself...My mom is retired and it's just so easy to have her come with me!

    YAY for no shots! It sounds like they're doing well! Good job taking them by yourself! Since mine have been off their heart/apnea monitors I've taken them by myself and it gets easier and easier as they get older and are better at following directions :)
