Anyone experience this? I was tested today and had some. They figure Im not eating enough since being on this diet for GB.

Ketones are a byproduct of two things, either not eating enough carbohydrates or type 1 diabetes. Assuming that you're not a type one diabetic (Juvenile, insulin dependent, and TBH you'd know what ketones are if you were one), I would say it's that you're probably not eating enough carbohydrates. Over the long term this can lead to kidney and liver damage, but if the doctor's didn't seem worried about it, I wouldn't worry.

What is GB? Is it Gestational Diabetes?

I also had ketones. I had to get up in the night an eat cheese crackers. That seemed to help.

    Could also be dehydration.

In pregnancy ketones often show up in the urine due to dehydration. Most moms we admit to our hospital with nausea and or vomitting have ketones in their urine. Drink a ton of water, Gaterade, etc and I bet they go away. I had them with 2 of my pregnancies due to extreme vomitting (hyperemesis).
