Kayden and Levi are here!

    Well, my 2 precious baby boys came! They came on Sept 12 after 17 hours of labor at 35 weeks 5 days. Kayden came vaginally, and I tried for Levi but had to have a c-section, because his umbilical cord got wrapped around his leg. K was 5lb 6oz and L was 5lb 9oz. They were unbelievably healthy, and both scored 9 on the apgars (the highest you can get!) They were able to come straight with mommy to her room with 0 time in NICU.

    It's hard to believe it's already been 15 days. I am so in love, but I will tell you no matter how uncomfortable you are right now (believe me I couldnt wait to get the boys out I was so uncomfortable) GET AS MUCH REST AS YOU CAN!! I havent slept in 15 days for more than an hour and a half - 2 hours at a time. A total of about 4-5 hours of sleep a night. But I wouldn't change it for the world.

    Now it's time to figure everything out, especially night feedings and how long we will be doing every 2 hours etc. etc. It's the most amazing experience and I'll talk to you girls in the first year!
