My girls arrived on November 19th at 10:21 pm & 10:23 pm. My doctor said we could try natural but my water had been broken for about 6 hours when I arrived at the hospital and he didn't know how long labor would last since my contractions were very mild and still 6 minutes apart. Neither baby was in the birth canal which he said could make for a difficult delivery or end up in a c-section any way. So we opted to have the c-section. They started all the blood tests and such at 9:00 pm and we had the girls less than an hour later. Afterwords it took forever to see the girls. I had horribly heavy bleeding which the doctor said it was normal since I carried twins 37 weeks 1 day. But the girls are perfect both scoring 8 & 9 on the apgar scale Deanna came first weighing 5 lbs 8 oz then Karyli weighing 5 lbs 12 oz. No NICU time for either but Deanna did have to stay 2 extra days in Special care for temperature issues. I have to say I pictured having wins a lot more difficult than it has been so ladies hang in there and I will have pictures up as soon as I can!!!
