just wanted to "think out loud"...

so in the beginning, before we found out the sexes of the babies, my DH was absolutely convinced it was two boys. i really had no idea, but i WAS convinced i was having at least one boy. a few days before our U/S where we found out, i kept calling baby B "her" and "she", and sure enough, it was a girl. 4 weeks later we found out baby A is also a girl. but lately, i've been referring to baby A as "he" and "him" and "his"... i don't know if it's just habit or if it's my "mother's intuition"... i don't care what they are, as long as they are healthy! has anyone else experience this?

 

That's funny! It will be interesting to know. Are you inadvertantly buying blue too?

 

i thought for sure i was having 2 boys, then i changed to 1 of each..well Im having 2 girls..lol Ive had them check 1 time a mo just to make sure thy were still girls..lol

I think i wanted another boy that i talked myself into believing they were boys..

it will be interesting to see ifyour right..lol

 

I was convinced A was a boy and B was a girl. When they told me that A was a boy, I was like, Yes I was right!!! When they told me B was a boy, I was extremely disappointed, only because I was wrong!!!!! I love that they are identical and that they are both boys, but I really thought i was right, and I hate being wrong!!!
Oh well...

i haven't been buying blue, but i've been drawn to it. it's so weird! now when my DH talks to my belly he says, "hey girls!..... or boy and girl... whatever...hi kids!"
