When people find out I have twins and ask about how much work they are I have always said "No, they are really good babies and have made having twins very easy on us" bc for the most part they have. I have now almost 7 months later realized I need to add my DH into that sentence as well!! I could NOT have done this without him!! When I have lazy days where I don't feel like doing anything he just picks up where I left off without me asking or him complaining! He (un)loads the dishwasher, makes bottles up, gets them ready in the morning for daycare, and makes sure he is for the most part home for bedtime. Most importantly he has worked extra hard at work (he's a farmer) so I could go part time at my job for a couple extra days with the babies:) I love him so much and I couldn't imagine how this would have been had I married someone different?! So now when people ask "How do you manage?" I will say "They are great babies and I have a great hubby!!"

So what about you ladies...brag about your DH here!!

Same here. On days he's off work I am in charge one day and DH is in charge one day. We each need a day "off".

 I am so fortunate with my DH, he has been a huge help since the babies were born. He helps with everything with the children: bathing, diapering, feeding, playing, babysitting. Helps around the house with cleaning, cooking, shopping and paying the bills. I always say his Mama raised him right!

 It's so great that he's helpful for you!

My dh helps too when he's home. Maybe not always as much or exactly the way I would want him to, but I've had to realize maybe that's my issue, not his, & learned to accept what he gives without complaining!

My DH works shift work so there are only 2 days a week that anyone has the chance to sleep in.
So DH gets up with the babies one day, and I get up with them the other. Its nice to have 1 day a week to sleep in!

Another thing he does is, 1 night a week he works the overnight shift and gets home at 7am- (about the time the babies get up) lately hes been getting the kids up, changing their diapers, starting their breakfast and making the coffee. It gives me an extra hour or so to sleep. I think hes done this more since Ive been prgnant. I know hes exhausted since he hasnt slept all night so I think its super sweet

My DH is awesome. When he gets home from work we all go for a walk. Then when I am giving baths he makes dinner. We feed them together and put them to bed. He does the grocery shopping by himself on the weekends. He's the best!!!

I'm so very jealous of you ladies, but am going to think of something great about DH. Hmmm...he will eat whatever I cook and never complains about it or the fact that we had chicken breasts 3 nights in a row. He also always cooks the fish and makes it taste like it came from a restaurant.

Aw this is nice! My Df is away every other week but when he is home he really gets stuck in! He misses the girls like crazy and is all for getting his hand dirty on his "week off" Like a pp mentioned.. his help isn't always to my standard but i can live with that, he does his best and always with a smile on his face, he loves his girls so much it is just so nice to see them enjoy each other. I would be lost without him.
