Just my luck

So its my baby shower tomorrow and im SOOOOOOOO SICK.The shower is at my house and I've done nothing all day I have baby stuff everywhere and my house isnt all that clean right now. its not a total mess but when I have people comming over I like it to be sparkling. I feel like I can't do anything. I just want to sleep. poor Jayda is sick to and we had a 3 hour nap today!(althought I tossed and turned more then sleep) I have a cough runny nose. having contarctions, it feels like the babies are beating the poop outta each other! I also feel like im going to be sick so all I have had today is water and some crackers. My dear daddy is making me some soup right now. hes such a good helper! I'm really hoping I dont feel this way tomorrw because I know I have been super *BEEP* these past few days I just cant help it. I want to crawl into a hole and die. I'm also worried about going into labor while I am sick. I can barley breath as it is. I know tonight is going to be another rough night in between my runny nose, coughing, needing water and oh NOT BEING CONPHY AT ALL. I cant sleep on my back or either side. I dont know what to do anymore. I cry more then sleep these days. sorry for the vent guys DH is at work so I ahve no one to complain too

it always seems like when it rains it pours! i'm just hoping that tomorrow ends up being a fun distraction from how crappy you're feeling!! As for the house being perfect...stuff it in a closet and shut the door!!

I'm right there with you! But we are so close...only a few more weeks to go. People won't expect a sparkling clean house. I'm sure they won't notice anything but you. But if it would make you feel better, you can do a last minute wipedown of everything with clorox wipes, and put up some plug-ins to give the illusion of a spotless house!
