Just curious...

In reading some recent posts where others were mentioning how many loads of laundry they do per week, I was amazed. I thought it would be fun to see exactly how much we do for ourselves and twins. Thanks for participating

 

We typically do one load a day, that includes the babies and our laundry. It seems like I go through at least 2 (if not 3) shirts a day as I have a "happy spitter". The babies usually go through 1-2 outifts per day, plus bibs, washclothes, pajamas, crib sheets etc. We do an extra load on the weekend of towels and sheets, so in total 8 loads a week (I have a really big washer too).

 

I do a load pretty much every day. However, I have a very big machine (I can wash a queen comforter). A smaller machine would mean more loads to wash the same number of clothes.

 

I've always done 5+ loads a week.

 

We do close to 21 loads a week......that is for 9 people though.

We are figuring that we do roughly 3 loads a day.......not counting if someone has an accident in bed, or throwing up, etc making extra laundry.

 

I usually do around 10 loads a week, but every once in a while it may be 12 or 13 because of extra baby laundry (it multiplies quickly!).

 

We do 2-3 loads a day for 5 of us. We cloth diaper the twins, so that counts for a load a day...

 

We do 9 loads for the kids and 5 for us each week. We do it all on Saturday.

We live in an apartment complex and have about 20 machines, so we bang all the laundry out in 1.5 hours and then spend about 3 folding and putting away!
