just a vent

DH had to go away for the weekend and of course I got a terrible cold on Friday night. So I'm home alone with the 15 month old, 29 weeks preggo with twins, and have a really congested, headachey, sinusey cold. He's not coming home until Monday morning. GAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

(In sympathy for him, turns out he also came down with the same cold-what a way to ruin a trip!!)

Bummer! My hubby's going away next weekend for one last blast to celebrate his brother's 40th. It makes me nervous to think about but hopefully it'll go smoothly. I don't have a 15 month old, though, so kudus (and sympathy) to you for dealing with that at the same time. Hopefully today will go by fast. Good luck!

thanks everyone! DH finally got back on Monday at 1130 but had to go straight in to work and didn't get home till late. It was kind of crazy, and I cried more than once, but I survived. Thank G-d the cold is finally easing up today, I was convinced I was on my way to a sinus infection it was so bad! Anyway, he's being really sweet and taking me on a date tonight, and a good friend of mine felt so bad for me that she gave me a gift certificate for a mani, lol. I'm just happy it's all over!!!

 

Glad you're feeling better. It's hard enough being pregnant with two without being sick on top of it. Rest up.
