Just a vent about my stroller

I have to say I can't stand my stroller. After much research I purchased the city select jogger thinking it was a great stroller with all the different seating options it offered. While now the babies like to face away from me so I turned the seats around and the one on top constantly kicks the seat in front. Doesn't matter which baby I put there they both do it. GRRRRR. Do I wait it out or look for a new stroller? I thought I'd done enough research so I wouldn't run into this problem as it seems so many other Moms end up buying multiple strollers. Anyone else hate their stroller?

I had the Graco Duoglide and hated everything about it. I gave up when my kids were seven months old and bought our "forever" stroller, the Bob. We used that until it was time for no strollers (and then sold it for 75% of what I purchased it for!).

If I were to do it all over again, I'd buy a BOB. I did like my Duoglider until my duo figured out how to climb out, then I had to go with a SBS with a 5-point harness (which I hated because it was too wide). And I had a jogger too, just not a BOB. It was fine as well, but I'd have been just as far ahead to just get the BOB upfront and not need anything else.

I found that no matter what type of stroller I used they boys still found a way to torture each other. I'd wait it out.

Hated the duo glider got at jeep sbs next and it wasn't too bad. Stores just aren't made for strollers or wheelchairs for that matter

I've had three doubles (the Duoglide, Contours, and now a Combi Twin Sport) and I don't love any of them. I hated the Duo, the Contours was too bulky and such a pain to assemble when you're running in and out of a few places, and the Combi doesn't fit through the automatic font doors at Target (grrrrr).

I just have grown to despise all double strollers and have crazy, crazy singleton stroller envy. ;)

At 2.5 we often forgo the stroller and practice walking.

The Contours can be turned so they both face away from eachother, but it is kind of bulky. If I was going in for a quick trip, I used a sling for one and the cart for the other. It worked ok- now they walk but I use the Contours and they are allowed to walk unless they are naughty then I use one seat for the kid who is naughty and the baby sits in the other seat.

I like the quality of my city and was thinking of looking at the mini. Will it hold them well when they are older? How is it for indoors? Is it big when folded in the car? I have a Valco tein runabout for outdoors as welk and they love ut but way too big for indoors or everyday runaround errands.

My 2 yr old (albeit petite daughter) fits in it very comfortably and in the neighborhood in Brooklyn (where everyone walks everywhere) where I went to school, it's an extremely popular stroller, even for older kids, so it must work. It is made to fit through a standard doorway-sometimes it's a bit tight, but it always fits. I've taken it to smaller restaurants a couple of times and while it takes up floor space, it's far from unreasonable. You CANNOT beat the fold, it's excellent for in and out of the car type errands. My minivan has a pretty small trunk, so if I stand it the wide way it takes up more than half the trunk, but if I stand it on it's side it's not too bad at all.
