just a couple ?'s

hello!! does anyone know a trick to get a babys foot out of your rib, i know this is a silly ? but boy is it uncomfy. i also wondered if anyone else has problems walking when first getting up, boy is it hard to walk at first, what do u do? any advice would help thxs

 

Wow the feet in the ribs can be very painful.I just massage that area slowly and it helps for a few minutes.I still suffer from that......at this point I feel like I have two sumu fighters in me........Good Luck.

 

Whenever I was pregnant Lynae was always up into my ribs on the right side, Lucas was below her towards the middle. Lynae made it very difficult to breath or sit for very long. I actually kept pushing her down with my hand when I sat down, otherwise it became painful. If you put pressure where the foot is, sometimes you can get the baby to move. Good Luck!

 

If I can't get my daughter to move I lay something cold on that area and she usually moves away for a while. Warm stuff does the same but she don't like the cold stuff--lol and It's her butt that is always in my ribs--hehehe. And if I am laying down I just switch sides so that she isn't pushing on my lungs or ribs.

my ob always said to lay on my oppisite side, so if they have there feet in your left side lay on your right. always helped me.

 

Water can get them to move, either by getting into a cool pool or getting into a hot tub. They seem to move away from the difference in temperature.

 

If you get down on your hands & knees, like crawling position, than rock a little. That usually will get them to move.
